In light of the current situation, we will be holding the AGM online for the first time. All members are invited to participate in this meeting which will be held on Friday the 21th of August 2020 at 6:30pm.
Since this meeting will be held online we will provide Members with a link to the video conference by email some minutes prior to the meeting.
All members of the Society are entitled to participate as follows:
- You may suggest modifications to Society Statute
- Volunteer to become a member of the committee or nominate another member.
- Put forward any suggestions and/or queries regarding events and the Society itself.
Please forward any such nominations and suggestions to the Society as soon as possible so that we may organize the meeting accordingly.
